Application data & privacy

This notice covers the partner application and website analytics. Recording projects require separate agreements and instructions.

What the application collects

We collect your phone number, preferred contact method, name, business name, industry, country and application language. You may also provide your region, website, email, tasks and location permission status. We use these details to review a potential partnership and follow up.

Where your details go

Applications are stored using Cloudflare and passed to our Kommo CRM for review. A confirmation reference is shown only after the application service confirms storage. Selecting WhatsApp does not send an automatic message or connect your personal WhatsApp account to our CRM.

Sources and browser storage

To understand which pages bring relevant applications, we attach campaign tags when present, the entry page, a broad source category and a referring domain when available. We do not attach a referring search query or full external URL. Attribution is kept in session storage for up to 24 hours. A form draft is kept in this browser for up to 7 days and removed after confirmed submission or when you clear it.

Optional Meta analytics

Meta Pixel loads only if you allow advertising analytics. It records page views and a Lead event after a confirmed application. We do not include your form contact fields in those event parameters. Meta receives browser/network information through its script and may use advertising cookies. You can change your choice using Privacy choices; Global Privacy Control keeps this analytics off. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days.

Questions about your application

Use the contact method provided in our follow-up and quote your application reference to request a correction or discuss deletion. Clearing your browser draft does not delete an application already submitted.

Before any recording

Submitting contact details does not authorize recording and does not guarantee work or payment. Location permission, participation, data use, commercial rights, equipment, acceptance and payment terms must be arranged separately before collection.
