Permission to record
Confirm the location’s authorization and informed participation of the people involved. An application’s contact consent is not recording consent.
A suitable recording area
Identify areas, customer information and confidential processes that must stay out of frame. Capture must fit normal workplace safety requirements.
Terms before capture
Agree tasks, camera setup, data use, commercial rights, acceptance criteria, rates, payment timing and any equipment costs.

Which businesses can apply?
Businesses operating in the United States or Canada with hands-on tasks and a location where recording can be authorized. Automotive service, small manufacturing, warehouses and commercial cleaning are examples. Selection depends on the needs and capacity of each project.
What exactly would our team record?
A first-person view of agreed physical tasks, such as assembling a part, packing an order or servicing a vehicle. The plan defines camera placement, required data and excluded areas. Real, purposeful work is needed; staged repetition is not a substitute.
What counts as a paid hour?
Payment is based on accepted recordings under the agreed terms. Uploaded time and accepted time can differ. Rates, task limits, the payment recipient and payment schedule are agreed before collection.
Is work or income guaranteed?
No. Applying does not guarantee a project, acceptance, a minimum number of hours or earnings. Availability depends on buyer demand, sample approval, data quality and the agreed quota.
Do we need to buy equipment?
No equipment purchase is needed to apply. A project may use a supported phone mounted at head level, but the exact device, app, sensor requirements and any costs must be agreed for that project.
Can employees and customers appear in recordings?
Only within the permissions and consent arrangements required for the project and location. Identify people, private areas, customer details and confidential material before recording. Keep excluded material out of frame.
Can we join from Canada?
Yes, businesses in Canada can apply, as can businesses in the United States. Eligibility is based on where work is actually recorded, not the language of the application. Each location still needs approval.
What happens after we apply?
We save your application and review your business and tasks. If a project may fit, we follow up through your preferred channel to discuss the location, a sample or pilot and the relevant terms. A successful sample does not automatically guarantee an ongoing quota.
